The master class, of course. And then any class with Collette Peters or Nicholas Lodge.

If I could, I would take the Master Course which I think is a little of everything. And I would take Nicholas Lodge's class for gumpaste flowers and Colette Peters classes for fondant (but those are more advanced). Also, they have a class with Maissie Parish listed but none available right now. That would be a great one for figure modelling.

Heather

Ditto!!! I want to take classes there so badly.

Cutestuff123-There are usually classes at your local Hobby Lobby or Michaels. I know they do a fondant class but not so sure if they cover gumpaste. Lilladycreations is talking about the actual Wilton school in Illinoise.

Dustbunny, the classes at Hobby Lobby and Michaels are starting to do more with gumpaste. It takes time with getting the class workbooks together and aproved.
