I love using the airbrush. I went from a bakery that didn't have one to a bakery that did have one. I can't live without it. Yes you have to use certain kind of colors for airbrushes. The first day I used the airbrush I put the wrong coloring in. It gunked up the airbrush. OOPS! If you are doing this as a home business, airbrush coloring doesn't just go on the cake when you use it. It goes on the wall, on the floors and up your nose. It stays as a fine mist in the air. They are easy to use. For cleaning in between colors, we had a small container of water with a little bit (very little bit of bleach)to clean out the color and a container of water to rinse the airbrush with. Had a small pile of papertowels to spray out any water or color left on the airbrush. Experimenting with a airbrush is fun. I don't remember what brand we had, one airbrush had a little knob on the end to adjust the stream. Buy a extra airbrush for backup. Sometimes they can break easily. Sorry this is long. Hope it helps.
And do you find you have this "mist" all over your kitchen too? Not to be recommended in the house?
