How is it done?
I have a bride that wants me to do a lav. color with white.

knead your fondant until it is soft. use a cocktail stick dipped in paste colouring to stab the fondant all over. Knead lightly for a few moments until the colouring is just starting to mix into the fondant the roll out and watch the marble effect appear
