What is your location and what kind of design might go on these cakes and will there be any tiers?

Thanks mjulian. She wants Winnie the Pooh bur pretty much will be my creation. I live in St. louis, Missouri and I am thinking either a 10inch or a tiered 6 and 9 inch. She wants both prices.

I am thinking all buttercream with some fondant decorations like name, age, and some trees and royal flowers. Thanks for helping.

I'll do that size tiered cake for 45.00 , but if they want a chocolate transfer or something for a special topper, I charge an additional price.

As for the 10 inch buttercream decorated, mine are 32.00

Southrnhearts, I had in mind some prices similar to yours. I thought 48 for the tiered and 35 fot he 10 inch, but it sounded pricy to me.

Take in to consideration how much it is going to cost you to make the cake, and how much time you will put into it. for me I always figure the cost of making the cake and the frosting and the cost of structural support. you need to charge at least double that cost to make a profit.

I charge $35 for a 10" cake and $65 for a 6" - 10" stacked cake. The fondant accents would be an extra $15 and if the entire cake is covered in fondant it is another $15.
