I think the American version is cute, but nowhere near as good or as funny as the British version.

ive never seen the british version, but i heard it was funny. but yea.... michael is the weirdest boss ever, though it would be entertaining to work w/ him.lol

Agree - you MUST watch the British version, it's so funny and embarrassing it's almost unwatchable. You can get clips on youtube.

i think the american version is better.. i think steven carell(sp?) is better than that dude on there..no offense to any1 that likes that..

I love this show!!! one of dh's and my fav's. The only show we watch together and record. The british one rocks too! We watch them both.

I've watched both and altho I'm a Brit and you'll think I'm biassed I think the original just has the edge over the American version. I'm embarrassed to admit I watched the first episode and thought it was this a truly awful cringe-making reality show. I was squirming with embarrassment for those 'taking part' I couldn't bear to watch it without keep getting up and going out of the room.
