Should I add pure cinnamon, or cinnamon extract, to make cinnamon frosting? Which do you think would be better?
I just made the spice cake, DH mix and I added vanillia pudding and more cinnamon, and a little pumpkin pie spice...ohhh soooo good, and MOIST!

I wouldn't use actual cinnamon unless you want that brownish tint in your icing. I would go extract- great recipe by the wayy for the spice cake
