Does anyone have any suggestions for a good filling for a wedding cake. THe cake will be sitting out side and it will be done in buttercream icing. Any thoughts, thanks Jen
If it's going to sit outside, depending on what time of year it is, it's hard to go wrong with just straight buttercream. It's definitely the safest choice as far as spoilage goes!
