Do you find yourself looking at Cookies or Cakes on CC these days? I am finding myself looking at cookies everyday. I get so excited when I see new ones added. I have told everyone I could care less if I do another cake for a while because I am enjoying my cookies.
well I tried cookies once and they failed... so I don't know for me, I am so in love with doing cakes, I find myself baking one everytime we run out in the house just to try a new technique or flavor.. today is a triple chocolate inside with a dash of almond and bc....
Sounds yummy, SugarBakerz! I so love ding cakes, but always have ideas for cookies and never the time to do them.

I find decorating them much more relaxing and IMO the decorating is much more forgiving than doing cakes. My 5 yr old wants to "paint" cookies when I'm decorating them so its something we can do together, I was more tense when doing cakes and didn't want to be interrupted but with cookies I don't mind any of the stopping and starting.
