FOR THIS COMMING SATURDAY,I SAW THE ONE THAT IS IN THE RECIPES,PINNEAPLE CAKE BUT I AM NOT SURE ABOUT THE PINNEAPLE JUICE,IS THAT OKEY,IT DOSEN;T HAVE TO MUCH SUGAR????PLEASE HELP. icon_cry.gif

can't help you comfortably.... my mom is diabetic but she does things she isnt supposed to....and pineapple is one thing she likes but says she cant have it because of cholestrol? sorry.

Maybe if you pm Euphoriabakery she'll send you her recipe. She has some fantastic looking cakes in the galleries that are diabetic and they look so delicious.
