I like lemon bc myself very much.
The pudding stuff can be frozen......box'o'pudding mixed with whipping cream...it doesnt freeze really hard so ya can still cut it frozen
Cool whip with some preserves in it and maybe whip some cream cheese in it before you put in the preserves.
