I am interested in purchasing a variety of character cake toppers in bulk, specifically for children's cakes. 
Is there a Vendor who specializes in selling those types of cake toppers. My search has been futile I had no problems with finding wedding cake toppers.
I would try BakeryCrafts or DecoPac.
If you have a business you can order from BakeryCrafts. From my understanding you do not need a business to order from DecoPac, but they may require a minimum order.
They both carry simliar kits, but just a little different so they are selling the same caracters but different designs.

I use to work in a bakery and we ordered from both of these companies. Most of their items were nice.
when I worked in a bakery we also ordered from deco pack and they do have most everything you are looking for but I found once I tried to order there things on my own I was promted to enter a buisness lincense number and since I dont have that I could not order. but this was a few years ago things may have changed good luck.
