Whipped Cream Under Mmf?

I really don't think so. Whipped cream needs to stay cold, and MMF needs to be room temp., and it would get awfully slippery anyway trying to get the MMF over it.
Just my two cents.

You might be able to use Pastry Pride--it doesn't need to be in the fridge. I haven't tried it, though. You can stabilize the Pastry Pride by adding some powdered sugar, "Whip It" or maybe some glucose? Just a thought.

One of my student's put Whip N Top under her Wilton Fondant. I'm not sure about MMF.

No! Even with Pastry Pride. I use Pastry Pride pretty much exclusively and fondant, mmf, slides off after a short time and becomes slimey (not sure how to spell that one!)
