I made the cake that was due today and i used the IMBC that i had so much trouble getting and i got a Quinceanera cake order out of it. i am so excited i cant quit smiling!!! Thank you blittle6 so much you are my hero!! i will attach the pic as soon as i get it in my puter.

good for you, i've never tried the imbc, it seems like so much work.
yes you can decorate with it but it is softer than buttercream. i wanted to know about the roses too so i made some and they came out great. the only thing is your hand makes it warm in the bag so just put it in the fridge for a few mins and then keep on decorating.
