I was wondering if anyone has done a cookie cake. I know I saw it somewhere. Someone baked a bunch of big cookies and just stacked them on top of each other w/a thin layer of filling. I'm trying to figure out should I just use a round cake pan and do that or the Big cookie pan? If I use the cake pan...how much dough?

TIA!

I use a round pizza pan when I do my cookie cakes. It takes about 2 1/2 cups of cookie dough. I actually buy a giant container of Pillsbury cookie dough from Sam's club-- and everyone loves it! You can do a double layer with icing in the middle-- twice as yummy!

It is the decorated 4-layer cookie cake by cambo. I have always wanted to try this one.
