I am practicing making bc roses, could you tell me if I can freeze these (at least the ones that look good) and if yes, how should I go about it, and how long would they be still good for? icon_confused.gif

Yep! You can freeze BC roses with no problems! I just put them in a container with a snap on lid and pop them in the freezer. They will hold for several months perfectly! Have fun practicing! icon_smile.gif

YES, you can freeze them! That is the only way my mother ever did wedding cake roses. I freeze them as well. The ease of handling them is great! How long.....I am not sure.... but considering what it is I would think a pretty long time!
