Hi guys:
I want to thank each one of you who gave me the encouragement to bake the cakes. I was mortified, but I made it. I am enclosing the 3 tier cakes and also an extra cake that I made for her and husband to be. The last cake was made out of fondant. Not too bad, no bubbles either. Luckey me.
The 3 tier cakes were iced with BC and she wanted red roses and the yellow were for my sister to honor her as the Mom.
I am sorry I don't have the latest digital camera because the photo doesn't do justice to my work. The cakes look better life. Anyway, I just want to show you and ask you as far you can see, how do you like my cake. I forgot to tell you that I made a St. Patti's cake, I must have been crazy with all the work I had, but I love my little cake too.
