I just made my first batch of Rhonda's MMF. My question is when letting it rest overnight, do I need to put it in the refrigerator to rest?
Thanks ~

I dont refridgerate mine, I think it could get too hard. I just wrap mine in saran wrap and then place in a bag and let it rest overnight on counter.

MMF stays out on the counter. Just rub a light coat of crisco on it, then wrap in suran wrap, then place in an airtight container. Should be just fine when you are ready to use it. When I use MMF the next day, it usually is a little stiff. So I nuke it in the microwave(5 seconds at a time, until soften), then knead in a little crisco...and it is gtg=) Jen

yes, but it does tend to get harder, you just need to let it thaw when you take it out the next day. But it tastes great! thumbs_up.gif

Nope..i'm pretty sure it doesn't need to go in the fridge. Just wrap it really good in plastic wrap then i put it in a zip lock bag.
