MMF stays out on the counter. Just rub a light coat of crisco on it, then wrap in suran wrap, then place in an airtight container. Should be just fine when you are ready to use it. When I use MMF the next day, it usually is a little stiff. So I nuke it in the microwave(5 seconds at a time, until soften), then knead in a little crisco...and it is gtg=) Jen

yes, but it does tend to get harder, you just need to let it thaw when you take it out the next day. But it tastes great! ![]()
