I would add more powdered sugar until I could handle it. I make mine ahead of time so it'll have time to stiffen up a bit first...HTH RBC is what is on these (notice I did mess one of them up):
I put in the whole 2 lb bag of ps. I've kneaded about 2 more cups into it. I left it sitting out to see if that would help.
