Hi and welcome....I'm so glad you asked about this.....we've had threads on the topic of gelatinas in the past but nobody ever gave instructions. Would you be willing to share a quick lesson on how to shape these beautiful desserts?

I don't know what a dvd goes for? $12 - $15 ? I'm sure plenty of people whould buy it.

Thanks in advance...

Okay, so you cut the gelatin with the syringe (upside down I would guess?) and then syringe in the colour to fill the slice you made? I'll have to give it a try, your pictures are beautiful icon_smile.gif

Oh, so that is how it is done? I've never seen anything like it, it's beautiful! I guess it will just take a lot of experimentation to figure it out!

Wow, amazing what you can do with food. Too bad somewhat will be eating the pretty creation. LOL. I wouldn't though! It would be so pretty for me to eat. LOL.

Pretty soon someone will be making tools to make it easier to mold it into flowers. Like a leaf spoon or something like that. LOL. I would buy it. icon_smile.gif

You have no idea how happy I was to read the English instructions. While my conversational Spanish is poor to say the least, I couldn't decipher the directions that I had found in the past.

Wow....even though the mystery is solved, it must be very difficult to make them so loveley. Some of the work seems so intricate...and to be working backwards? Wow...I am impressed. (I don't get impressed very easily)

Thanks again for sharing. I really think you should look into instructional videos. Cake bakers everywhere would probably buy them!
