What To Do With Nfsc Cookies In Freezer
Baking By mississippigirl Updated 1 Apr 2007 , 11:39pm by mississippigirl
Does anyone have any ideas... i have 20 or so no fail sugar cookies made and frozen in the freezer. I am going to thaw them out on Monday and take them to work. I don't want to spend time icing them. What is something easy i can put on them to dress them up a little? I thought about mixing together cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla and spreading that on top and then putting toasted coconut and pecans on that. or maybe dipping 1/2 of the cookies in chocolate or maybe chocolate drizze? Any ideas/suggestions apreciated. Thank you
you could try fondant. I use mmf on a lot of mine. It's easy and you can add great color. Just glue it on with some corn syrup or apricot jam.
either drizzle choc. or let everyone else decorate them.
thanks for the suggestions. I decided just to melt some candy melts and drizzle chocolate over them. That didn't take 5 minutes. On my motbhers day cookies i'm going to try MMF. those cookies look AMAZING!!! Thanks again!
