I was asked to make a wedding cake and one of the tiers is to be all black. Does anyone know....is there a brand of coloring that won't stain everyone's mouths black???

not that I know of but if you start with chocolate frosting you do not need as much black so it is not so bitter and I assume not stain as much.

Well....any Black I have ever used always ends up staining the teeth.I don't think there is any way around it.Maybe the Bride may want to reconsider her color choice if you make her aware of this issue.
