Has anyone out there ever made 7 minute icing with Splenda substituting for the granulated sugar? How did it work out? Thanks.

7 minute icing is sometimes called marshmallow icing since it tastes like them. Its basically granulated sugar, egg whites, water, vanilla, corn starch and cream of tartar beat with an eletric mixer in a double boiler over boiling water for 7 minutes. its most yummy!
