Help!!! What Do You Use To Coat Inside Of Cake Pans?

I don't use any releases or Crisco. All I do is put wax papaper on the bottom of the pans and voila. I have never ever had a problem with the cakes sticking to the sides or bottom. Sometimes before taking a cake out I will run a spatula between the cake and sides of the pan just in case. All my pans are non stick.

Ok, so I used the Baker's Joy on a sheet cake this week, I'll be darned if it did not release cleanly. I had to run my knife around the sides to release it. Then, a very thin layer of the sides of the cake was still in the pan. The can said to spray lightly....I sprayed the bottom with 2 light even sprays as well as the sides.....

UGH!!!!!!!!!!
