When using creme bouquet instead of an extract,do you use the same amount the recipe calls for or less?

I love the stuff and I end up useing a little bit more and less water. The flavor of it is sooo good in the icing. I use about two tbs in a full batch of BC.

I haven't tried it in icing yet. I put it in cookies yesterday(YUMMY),but the dough was a little different. I had to add more flour to get it to rolling consistency. So that's why I was wondering if I should have used less.
