Does anyone have a formula for pricing? I've attempted it several times but have never come up with a price list. I'm relatively new at this and am baking a stacked cake 10" w/8" top. Bottom will have lemon curd filling, cakes will be identical flavor (vanilla) with buttercream icing (basketweave design) and fondant cala lillies. Until I tried the Enhanced Cake Receipes I always made everything from scratch, including the fillings. It will take me several days to complete (likely 3 as I work full time and this is a hobby). Where do I start? Anyone there have something I can utilize?

Another option would be the 3x method, which is what I use. Total all your "costs" to make the cake and multiply that number by three. Then adjust as you see necessary.
