Hi all,

I am looking to do a cake in fondant and marblizing it. How does one do it? I have seen some beautiful cakes in the galleries with the marblizing technique and wonder how they do this. I have pm'd some but have not had luck with responses. So I was hoping some of you could help me. Do you just measure out your fondant to the cake and add color then twist, but don't twist too much?

I would love to learn!!!
Thanks,

I would take the amount of fondant you need and divide it into 2-3 equal pieces..It depends on how many colors you want to use. Leave one piece white, and color the other pieces whatever colors you want. After you color the pieces knead them in with the white fondant... Knead it until you get the marbelized look you want. Does that make sense???
