Cookie Question

I am making round cookies soon(55 dozen icon_cry.gif ),but I don't want them to be thin I NEED them to be thick and not sure how to achieve that.

Cut the dough the thickness you want. They will puff up a little.

Roll the dough thicker.

I like to make mine thick when I make cookie bouquets plus I like the taste of them soft. I just roll them thicker and they turn out fine.
