Bundt Pan

I have a nonstick bundt pan that sticks greasing it makes cakes burn, any suggestions I would like to use it? icon_smile.gif

That's odd. Maybe your oven temp is set too high. I always spray my bundt pan and I've never had it stick before

In my experience nonstick doesn't mean that you don't have to grease it. I always grease and flour my pans and never had any problems.
Besides when I use nonstick pans the bakingtime is shorter as told in the recipe and I also use lower temperature.

The only pans you dont't have to grease at all are silicone pans. They are great. No greasing, no sticking and the pan is very easy to clean. I love them!

I also use adjustable rings (it's like a springform without the bottom). You put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper fill in and bake. Very easy and variable because as I said it's adjustable.
