I recently got a convection oven and I am planning to bake a full sheet cake. I typically bake at 325 in the regular oven.

Can someone please tell me what temperature would work best for a convection oven and how long it typically takes to bake a full sheet cake? Thanks!

You will want to drop the temp, 25 degrees lower than what you would normally use, plus the cake will cook faster. I would use a cake tester for the first few cakes until you fill comfortable.

just started baking my cakes in the convection and am so happy with it. No turning them midway. First, I did a trial run.
