I was wondering if there is any way to make fondant stay pliable for a little longer than usual--like 30 minutes to 1 hour... I need to make a baseball glove out of fondant and then let it dry, but it will take me awhile to sculpt it and I don't want it to start drying and crack on me before I get it done... does anyone know anything you can maybe add to the fondant to make it remain soft for a little longer than usual? It doesn't have to be complete until April 27th, so if I would have to let it air dry for awhile I still have time to do that...
I hope this question mades sense...

Try mixing in a little glycerin in....this should help. I do this when I'm making drapes etc. HTH
