I'm actually using MMF and I can make the roses pretty good but for a bridal shower cake I'd like to make some different flowers... anyone have directions or pictures of flowers made out of fondant without a mold please?

Someone posted this link to MMF tulips a while back. I can't remember who or I'd give them credit. The flowers are very pretty. I don't really care for the stems though. I'd make them straighter, thinner and more round. I think they look a little thick and flat.

i've never worked with mmf but out of regular fondant i made the pansies that are on my teapot cake without a mold and roses. Let me know if you want me to try to explain pansies to ya if you like the way mine looked. Good luck! icon_smile.gif

Lisa I agree with you about the stems on those tulips, they are way to thick and heavy looking!

Pastrypuffgirl, I'd like to see how to do the pansies, I liked your instructions for the roses and plan to try that!
