I havent seen anything available on line, but i did find this book

I have noticed alot of older books do this kind of stringwork I have seen it in many books but no online tutorials ... will keep a look for it though

you need an Aussie to teach you.... its a very traditional technique used by lots of old australian ladies.... got an Aussie near you?

Seriously I have not seen much online about it.

look on ebay for old english books they normally include bridge work
