A friend of mine wants me to make some small cookies for her wedding. I planned on making a cookie named Polvoron and then making some wedding cookies the recepie on the back of Powder sugar. Does anyone else have suggestions on what other small cookie I can make? And then how much should I charge for these small cookies.
Thanks
Cindy

Hi there...thought I could be of some help. Here in western PA wedding cookies are a must, so I have a ton of recipes and such for small, one-two bite cookies. I'm sure the recipes are readily available online. Here are some of the cookies that we have made in the past, and are making for my wedding in November. Russian tea cakes, wedding rings, nut horns, mini tarts, pecan tassies, lady locks, and petit fours. Also, there are tons of wedding themed cookie cutters out there that are small in size, in case you are interested in making sugar cookies. Hope this helps! If you have any further questions, just drop me a line! Happy baking! icon_smile.gif

You could make mini alfajores (argentinian cookies ) Have you tried them? It´s a lot of work but they are pretty good. I don´t know if they would be similar to your polvorones. About the price wow, I can´t help you with that.
