I was hoping that someone could tell me where I can get a plastic transfer sheet to try putting a chocolate marble effect transfer on a fondant cake. I have a wedding cake coming up that requires this and I have never done it before.

I have a picture of how it is done from a Martha Stewart Book that the bride gave me and it looks like a heavy but pliable clear plastic sheet but I have no idea where to get it or really do it other than what I see in the picture.

Has anyone every done this before. She doesn't want the actual dark chocolate and then white chocolate over it she wants just the white chocolate colored burgundy. I know that will be hard to achieve especially the burgundy effect. Can anyone help?

Are you talking about vinyl? That is available at fabric stores usually near the upholstery or decorator fabrics.

I have done choc. transfers before. But you might call or email Beryl at Berys Cake Dec. supplies. She is very nice and does reply -- not lide sugarcrafs where you are on your own. Try Earleen Moore too. Fearlessbaker

Fearlessbaker thanks for your help.

I went to Beryls and saw the chocolate transfers there. That is exactly what the bride is looking for. I wonder do you know if Icould substitute the dark chocolate for white that has been tinted burgundy. And do you know how I can achieve a true burgundy color? Your help would be appreciated.
