If you wanted a small one you could bake a 9x13 and make that the bottom and then use fondant to make a lid.

fondant lid? over what to hold the shape? foil or an actual shoe box top?

I wonder if you could cover graham crackers with fondant to create a lid. Glue the pieces of graham cracker together with royal icing to create the box top and then cover it in fondant.

that sounds like a GREAT IDEA.. and for other things as well....the glue/graham cracker thing...

Anan, that idea was from making gingerbread houses and using royal icing as my glue...I figured graham crackers are alot easier and I make graham cracker houses now because they are quicker than doing all that baking......I glue them togther, wait for them to dry and then the kids decorate.
