Bought A 12' Square Pan. Do I Need A New Leveler?
Decorating By Susecita Updated 13 Mar 2006 , 12:51am by peg818
I only have the Wilton small one and after reading reviews I have decided to save for the agbay. Will the small leveler work on the 12 square pan? I am thinking of using it on the edges and then winging the center. Thoughts? Suggestions? Ideas?
Thanks!
Sus
The small Wilton level (with the wire) will cut up to a 10in cake. There is a coupon for Michaels in todays paper, so you could always use that to get the larger saw like one to use until you have the money for the other one. ![]()
before buying the agbay, i used the small leveler all the time. What i used to do, with a cake that size i would start at the corner and come in at a diagnal, then turn and do the same with each corner, then taking a piece of dental floss wrap it aroun through the sections that i already cut and put it on through. It takes longer then a big leveler that you can just run right through but it does work.
