I'm going to attempt to make some fondant pearls today and maybe a fondant bow. I bought some Wilton Fondant and don't want to waste it. If I have some left over, how do I store it to prevent wasting it?

Thanks,

Just wrap in a couple layers of Saran wrap and put it in a zipper bag. It should be fine. I have a vacuum sealer that I use for mine, but the wrap and bag works just as well!

I store mine the same way as tastycakes: plastic wrap and zip lock bag. But, I also put it in a tupperware type container.

I've also heard that you can wrap it up tight and stick it in the freezer!

I freeze mine all the time....just take it out and let it come to room temperature while it is still wrapped up, don't unwrap it to thaw it...
