So did you just dip the bull head in chocolate, like you would for the strawberries, or is it covered with the chocolate modeling clay?

This looks amazing.

Thank you for the compliment! The bull head is made out of rice crispy treats, then covered very thinly in BC, then covered in chocolate fondant.

Just a question. Anyone can answer. Are chocolate covered strawberries traditional for grooms cakes? I have noticed that they are use alot for groom's cakes. Just wondering in case a bride asks.

Thanks

The short answer is yes. It's pretty common to have chocolate dipped strawberries with the grooms cake, but it's not required or anything. It depends on the type of cake and the groom. The two cakes I talk about in this post were made for grooms who both love chocolate covered strawberries. In my gallery there are some other grooms cakes that strawberries wouldn't really go with. For example... the fish and tackle box.
