I tried the WASC recipe last week and absolutely loved it. I read in one post of the thread that the recipe could be used with any mix. Does that include Carrot cake mix? How would you tweak it?
BUMP! I actually have spice cake mix and want to turn it into a moist, dense carrot cake. I have read it on here b4, but of course (when I'm ready to step into the kitchen, I can't find it. Can anyone help?
I would bet you could use a carrot cake but I am sure you would probably want to omit the Almond flavoring. Maybe substitute with vanilla flavoring, something like that.
