I just got a call today from a lady and she would like some cookies
Her son is doing a karaoke/lip sync party and she said that i could do what ever. I was thinking microphones, but i was wondering if there were any other ideas out there???????? And if I did do microphones...I would have to cute each one by hand

I like microphones and the tutorial here seems relatively simple. I haven't tried it, so I guess that's easy for me to say.
You could do cd's (round is about as easy as you can get), but that would also be boring unless you piped on favorite group names or songs.
I would say definitely microphones, and maybe musical notes, or lips in different shapes( like mouth open wide or in an "o" shaped opening...like they're singing)...you can use a regular "lips" cutter and change how you design the icing for the singing.
Will be watching to see what you came up with...have fun!
So I decide to do the microphones and lips!!!! Thank you!!!! I am still stuck on the pricing though. I live in a small town and I dont want to over or under charge
any ideas on pricing for a dozen or two dozen? The cookies will be covered in mmf
Thanks again!!!!!

I do royal icing and charge $1 per inch, so if I amdoing a 3" cookie they would $3 per cookie, $36 per dozen. I also live in Baltimore, where people will pay more. For friends and family I drop my charges to $1.5 to $2 a cookie (depending on size). HTH
If you have/can get an ice cream cone cutter you can make that look like a microphone. I really like the lips idea, very cute!!
that is a REALLY good ise for the mic-never thought of that!! I'll have to remember that one!
