Hi....I'm new doing cakes....but I just want to know if I need to refrigerate a cake with cookies and cream filling (the recipe listed in this page). Somebody could tell me?

Thanks...

The recipe I have is made from heavy cream whipped, and cookie pieces added- so yes that would need refrigerated.
FYI: when I used this as a filling in a cake recently, it seemed to soak in or collapse under the weight of the cake. It was still very tastey- lots of compliments- but I would definitely be generous with the amount of filling used.

I had a problem with my cream last night, wouldn't whip, so I used buttercream instead and it also tastes wonderful (just richer) and does not need the refrigeration.
