What Sized Cake?

for a party of 60
It will be an iced sponge but just need to know the size of cake that will be large enough for that many people.

I don't know off the top of my head, but if you look in a wilton book about 1/2 way through right before the items you can buy, they have a chart that will tell you exactly how many slices you get per cake per size.

Use 3 servings per cup of batter as a rule-of-thumb. Adjust it for the occasion. (Weddings usually go with 4 servings per cup.)
