look closely (at edges on bottom cake pic, esp. left and top pic makes it very obvious) and note the leaves are not piped but actually stand off the cake -- most likely gumpaste or fondant tinted black -- tho' could be royal icing.

looks like even the little flowers too are applied pieces and only the veining is piped.

a small round tip, #3 or 4 or so would do the lines....finer details a #2 (and if you really want to drive yourself nuts -- ultra fine #1 << what they might have used for the smallest dots in flower center)

That cake is the cake on Sex in the city-or a copy of it. For charlottes wedding. Made Elisa Strauss famous!
Anyway I remember that The cake was piped with chocolate with chocolate leaves.

Here is the description from the website

Pink fondant with chocolate piping and appliqued leaves replicates the embroidery from an antique shawl.

The leaves are definitely some sort of modeling paste, most likely chocolate. And the piping also. It looks like chocolate. Is the leaf tip 74? I always confuse them. . .

It sure looks yummy. It's probably a tip one for the piping. Those leaves must be molding chocolateicon_smile.gif
