My 3 year old wants to be just like me. If I'm rolling she has to roll and she wants to cut out her own cookies, but I don't want to give her half of my dough so she can sneeze on it, drop it on the floor, eat it, etc.... But I also want to encourage her.
Anyone have a kid friendly recipe that I can make for her so she can cut her own cookies? I don't mind the flour and sugar... but butter is expensive...... So something that will roll and can be cut and even baked, but doesn't have butter or expensive ingredients ![]()
THANKS!

I have a 2 year old who is always wanting to help me when I'm either baking or even cooking dinner. Thanks for sharing that website - I think I'm going to check that out and see what kinds of ideas they might have.
