My Ganache- Beautiful From A Distance== Air Bubbles Up Close

Can anybody help me with this? I love the look and taste of ganache glaze but have had problems with tiny air bubbles. I usually use equal parts cream and chocolate chips, heating the cream in the microwave until just boiling. Then I slowly stir in the chocolate and let sit for a few minutes until its good pouring consistency.
Any help would be appreciated!!
Try picking up the container and dropping it on the countertop easily a couple times. I seen this on the food network and I have been using it for my cakes and chocolate mixtures. Just don't make a big drop-lol and spill it. But they say lightly dropping it on the counter while in the container will help get air bubbles out. Maybe this will help you.
