My name is Aisha and this is my first forum on Cake Central. I am getting married August of next year and I want to make the wedding cake. There will be 170 people present.
I also want to make a grooms cake. The gentleman that this cake is for is in the music industry hes a producer to be exact and I cant think of what kind of cake to make I want it to be a sculptured cake thats all I know. I was thinking Money bag, music note, one of the pieces of equipment he uses, etc. HELP!

HI welcome to cc

Since I've never done either a wedding or grooms cake, the only advice I can give is there are wonderful galleries full of fantastic work for both kinds of cakes.

I'll give you a bump and hope that one of the well experienced bakers will help you out!

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!

Michele

I know this doesn't answer your question but, I was wondering if Groom's cake is an area thing. When I ask my Brides if they will be ordering a Groom's cake they ask "what is that".
