anyone have a good rec for a recipe to make chocolate cupcakes? i need a recipe that will round up nicely and look "pretty", they're for a wedding. i tried a chocolate fudge by sylvia weinstock, delicious, but didn't work for a cupcake. any input would be great.

i always use the dh choc. cake mix for cupcakes. HTH

I use a boxed mix (usually DH) and "doctor" it - my method has been posted previously on this board - just do a search icon_smile.gif

Consider trying the Hershey's Perfectly Chocolate chocolate cake. The recipe can be found on the back of the Hershey's coco powder. I tried it last week and halfed the recipe since I was just testing it. Tasted good and rose nicely for cupcakes.
