I'm in need of all your ideas for brownie toppings/icings for fudgy and white chocolate brownies. I have an order for frosted brownies and I'm at a loss of creativity.

For the fudgy brownies why not a peanut butter frosting? That sounds good to me. Not sure about the white chocolate...Jodie

You could try a chocolate cream cheese frosting for the fudgy. The white chocolate you could just drizzle with melted white chocolate.

I make a mint buttercream that goes on top of a fudgy brownie, and then top it off with a layer of melted chocolate chips (with butter added). They're the best!
