HI again, I posted a few days ago about a wedding cake order i needed help wiht, just another quick question.....

what size should the tiers be to feed 100 people?

I'm guessing at 12, 10 and 8 inches?

does that sounds right or am I way off?

Those size tiers are going to give around 118 servings (in round tiers).

the tiers will be heart shaped, does that make much of a difference?

Wilton says a 6, 9, and 12" heart tiered cake will serve 98 wedding servings.

I use 14/10/8 for a wedding for 100 and I don't count the 8 as part of the servings since they save this one for the anniversary.
