A coconut cake with raspberry preserve filling? I think it would taste good but I'm not making it for me. I'm making it for a birthday celebration for our homeless clients. I'm sure they would eat it, but I just want to know that the flavors won't clash.
I've heard of coconut with raspberries. And to me, chocolate goes with absolutely everything.
